BITOI

BITOI, Bass Is The Original Instrument, merges the timeless instrument of the voice with the relatively new electric bass. The band is set for a big summer, playing at the likes of Roskilde (DK) and Clandestino Festival (SE) before embarking on their Autumn Japan tour and collaboration with Okinawan musician Mutsumi Aragaki.

The band will also soon be recording their eagerly awaited debut album this summer, following their highly praised EP, -O- ,released in late 2023.

The Wire Magazine (UK) described BITOI’s sound as “folkloric… as timeless as it is utterly unfamiliar” and Crack Magazine (UK) have called their live performance “genuinely soul-cleansing”.
